- Assist in maintaining and updating telephone and communication systems, including troubleshooting and reporting issues to technical support.

- Handle emergency communication operations with calmness and clarity, ensuring swift and appropriate responses.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
## Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience; previous experience in telecommunications or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of people.
- Proficiency in using switchboard and telephone operating systems, with the capability to quickly learn new software and technology.

## Day-to-Day

- Monitor and address issues with the switchboard system, liaising with technical support when necessary.
